Hindustan Hamara

We sing: Saare jahaan se achcha Hindustan hamaara…
But we are least bothered to hear from others:
Saare jahaanse achcha Hindustan TUMHAARA…
Between these two lines lies a sea difference
First one is self praise, and the second is real praise
Let us introspect to make others sing.

What do we lack? ideologies? or resources?
Are those not the ones
others timely outsource from us?
We are happy to give them potatoes
And delighted to take French fries in return
They take our Yoga
To design fitness apparatuses for us
(there is a saying here:
Buy milk in the morning
by going by Mercedes
and shed fat in the evening
by walking on the treadmill)

Money? Is it not the same common wealth
(not the Commonwealth games)
Our politicians play with Swiss bank?
“Why do you cut our developments?”
I asked the tailor
He replied: “to stitch the sizable pockets
Of Netas and Babus”

Traditions? Cultures?
Make a round trip in India
And find what we have not found
Courtesy to Kabir Das
We are like musk deer
Searching for what we have in
Only thing is that all the tributaries
Have to confluence at one point

Fellow citizens, here is my freedom message:
No one should divide us, wake up, wake up to the sense of
Unity in diversity, the quality of Hindustan hamaara…

You may be well aware of the fact that in the present India Kabir Das is a Muslim for some and a non-muslim for others. So neglected. Why?

Chandra Mouli ji, Rajaram ji, Atreya ji, and Kalyani ,
Your love and lovely words made my independence day graceful. The slogan has that much power, because we make it as the way of our life. Love and warm regards,

Very well said, if only all of us could unite with that ideology, nothing else would be needed. Share your sentiment.

I also agree with your views that none can divide us. "Unity in diversity" is our National slogan.
